Aims and Objectives
River Stone Support Ltd is authorised to provide the regulated activity of Personal Care (RA1) within domiciliary and supported living settings. We deliver care and support to adults aged 18 and over, in their own homes or within their chosen supported living tenancies.
We do not own, lease, manage, or hold responsibility for any accommodation or tenancy arrangements. Our role is strictly limited to delivering regulated personal care and associated support within the individual’s own living environment.

All staff are carefully recruited, fully vetted, and provided with ongoing training, supervision, appraisal, and professional development to maintain high standards of care and support.
Consent & Mental Capacity
We always obtain and record appropriate consent and work in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, ensuring decisions are made lawfully and in the individual’s best interests where required.
