Evangeline Pascual Dizon
Director & Registered Manager
Evangeline is a highly experienced healthcare professional and Registered Manager with extensive clinical and operational expertise across the health and social care sector. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care, a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy, and is currently completing a BSc (Hons) degree in Mental Health Nursing, bringing together medical knowledge with advanced social care leadership. With more than twenty years of professional experience, she has developed specialist expertise in mental health support, complex care, safeguarding, behaviour management, and person centred planning. As Registered Manager, she oversees day to day service delivery, staff development, quality assurance, and clinical governance, ensuring all services remain safe, effective, caring, responsive, and fully compliant with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC Fundamental Standards.
Ebika Dariah
Director & Nominated Individual
Ebika brings together strong strategic leadership, governance expertise, and hands on frontline care experience within the health and social care sector. With an MSc in Business Management from the University of Sunderland, alongside professional qualifications in Health and Social Care and ongoing Level 5 Leadership & Management training, he combines business oversight with a deep understanding of person centred care and regulatory compliance. He has over three years of direct experience supporting adults with dementia, autism spectrum condition, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements across Wales. As Nominated Individual for Riverstone Support Ltd, he leads on governance, safeguarding oversight, risk management, policy development, and quality assurance, ensuring the organisation operates safely, ethically, and fully in line with CQC Fundamental Standards and statutory regulations.
Faisal Sharif
Director & Operational Manager
Faisal is an experienced care professional and strategic leader with over fourteen years of dedicated experience across supported living and specialist care services. He holds NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care, a BSc (Hons) degree, and is currently studying towards a Level 6 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, strengthening his expertise in organisational leadership and service development. His background includes extensive experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, autism spectrum condition, dementia, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge. At Riverstone Support Ltd, he leads on strategic planning, compliance systems, and operational improvement, helping ensure staff teams deliver safe, compassionate, and high quality person centred support tailored to the needs of the people we serve. Riverstone Support remains fully focused on safe, effective, and compassionate care at all times.
